Acceptable use policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
EngineKit rigs are for building games, creating assets and AI work. This policy is part of our Terms of service; breaking it can get rigs stopped and accounts suspended.
Never use a rig to
- Mine cryptocurrency or run any proof-of-work, in any form.
- Scan, probe or attack networks or systems, send spam, or run open proxies, VPN exits or anonymising relays.
- Access, or try to access, any system, data or rig that isn't yours — including our infrastructure and the cloud metadata services behind it.
- Host or spread malware, or anything illegal where you live, in Türkiye or in the EU.
- Store or create child sexual abuse material. We report it to the authorities.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or run software in breach of its licence.
- Get around our limits, metering or billing, share an account, or resell access to the Service.
AI models and generated content
- Follow the licence and acceptable-use terms of every model you run; they pass through to you.
- Do not generate sexual content, or face swaps and deepfakes of real people.
- Do not generate content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
- Where the law requires AI-generated images, audio or video to be marked as such (EU AI Act, Article 50), keep the marks: do not strip watermarks or content credentials from outputs.
How we enforce it
Running rigs are checked automatically for abuse — process names, resource use and network patterns, never the contents of your files. Strong signals stop the rig and suspend the account pending review; weaker ones are reviewed by a person. We may also suspend for fraud or a disputed payment, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the suspension email or write to support@enginekit.dev.
Seen a rig misused, or found a security issue? Email support@enginekit.dev with “Abuse” or “Security” in the subject line.
