Refund policy

Polar Software Inc. is the merchant of record for our orders, so refunds are paid back by Polar to the payment method you used. To ask for one, email support@enginekit.dev with your order number, or reply to your Polar receipt.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan and its hours stay usable until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew.
- We do not refund a period that has started, except where the law requires it.
Extra hours
- Extra hours can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of them has been used.
- Extra hours stay valid for 12 months from purchase; hours left after that expire and are not refunded.
If we got it wrong
If a fault on our side cost you rig time — a rig that failed to start, or one that was billed after it stopped — tell us. We refund the affected amount to your payment method through Polar.
Consumers in the EU and Türkiye
Hours are a digital service that starts when you choose to start a rig. If you are a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal applies until you start using what you bought; after that, you confirm the service has begun and the 14-day refund above for unused extra hours still stands.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — most problems are faster to fix directly. While a payment is disputed, the account it paid for is paused until the dispute is resolved.
